Team PRP is a national Customer Standards program of the Auto Recyclers Association of Australia (ARAA).

ARAA has recognised the importance to Crash Repairers and Mechanical Repairers of having access to Quality-Assured, Guarantee-Backed, Certified Secondhand Parts.

Even though many Auto Recyclers already employ varying degrees of grading the quality of their parts, there is not currently a common standard to which all businesses can adhere and that is readily understandable to potential customers, particularly those within the trade.

It is with Team PRP that businesses can effectively, and accurately, communicate the condition of the part they are selling.

These stringent requirements of Team PRP Members, along with warranty periods far exceeding the trade standard, give customers greater peace of mind knowing that all parts are honestly represented, and backed by the Team PRP guarantee.

The Auto Recyclers Association of Australia Limited (ARAA) was formed in July 2010 as a national independent organisation to represent all auto recyclers across all States and Territories. It provides auto recyclers with independent industry representation of their industry sector.

ARAA remains national in its structure and approach to industry issues. It is 100% focused on the automotive recycling industry. Its objective is to work on behalf of all auto recyclers, supporting and promoting the legitimate industry and ensuring auto recyclers are recognised by the broader community for the vital role they play in our society.
